Josh Alexander - Personal Injury, Truck Wreck and Car Accident Lawyer in Dallas, Texas

Josh Alexander joins the Witherite Law Group after an award-winning career as both a prosecutor and in private practice. Mr. Alexander has amassed over a hundred trials in his career and is known nationally for being one of the top trial attorneys in the entire country. 

Mr. Alexander received his undergraduate education from Florida International University in 2004, where he also played collegiant football. Mr. Alexander then attended University of Illinois Chicago Law School, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2008. Upon graduating from law school and passing the bar, Josh accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney to gain trial experience. During his tenure as a prosecutor, Josh handled thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanors to first degree murder charges and tried over 60 trials to verdict as lead counsel without a single loss at trial. Mr. Alexander won multiple awards while working at the State Attorney's office. 

In 2012, Mr. Alexander joined the Alexander Law Firm where he helped grow the practice with his father and started his journey in personal injury law. Over the last twelve years Mr. Alexander has handled numerous personal injury cases. 

Mr. Alexander has been named one of the top 100 Trial lawyers in the nation for the last several years. Mr. Alexander has also been ranked as a rising star in Super lawyers' magazine for the last 10 years. Mr. Alexander was ranked as one of the top 40 trial lawyers in the nation for five years prior to turning 40. Mr. Alexander was also invited to join the prestigious National DUI College. 

Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Alexander enjoys spending time in Highland Park Texas with his wife and their one-year-old puppy Porsha.
